One holiday apartment is more luxurious than the other three. The holiday apartments are standard suitable for 4 persons. Because the holiday apartments are split-level building, each floor has its own entrance and each holiday apartment is on one level and wheelchair-friendly (no stairs).

Rental conditions:
  • Price based on a stay of 4 persons.
  • Extra person possible, € 11 per night.
  • Minimum rental period 5 nights.
  • Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM
  • Deposit € 225, - This must be paid in cash upon arrival.
  • BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean otherwise you will be charged € 125 for this. (Deducted from the deposit)
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Included in the rental price:
  • Intermediate cleaning, change of linen and towels (after 7 nights for bookings of 10 nights or more)
  • Final cleaning
  • Bed linen and towels
  • Transfer from and to Hato Airport up to a maximum of 4 people
Not included in the rental price:
  • Tourist tax 7% (mandatory)
  • Electricity, Water and Gas consumption will be deducted from the deposit. Total € 2.75 per person per night.
