Rental conditions:
  • Price per night based on 2 persons
  • Extra person up to a maximum of 5, €15.00 per person / per night
  • Minimum rental period 5 nights
  • Check-in between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM / Check-out 11:00 AM
  • Deposit € 250 (apartment)
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Included in the rental price:
  • Between cleaning for stays longer than 7 nights bed

Not included in the rental price:
  • Tourist tax 7% (mandatory)
  • Electricity, consumption will be deducted from the deposit. € 0.39 per KwH. Meter readings are recorded in your presence.
