  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.

  • Normal use of electricity (Any additional consumption will be charged and deducted from the deposit)
