There is a calendar on all pages of the houses. On this calendar you can see exactly when a house is free or booked.
Yes, this is definitely possible! If the houses you want to reserve are available, you can reserve several at the same time. It might be helpful to contact us. We know exactly which accommodations are close by and can choose the perfect villa for you based on your wishes.

You can arrive on any available day. However, there is a minimum number of days of stay at almost all villas. This is usually between 5 and 7 days. At Christmas there is usually a minimum stay of 14 days. To be sure you can look at the page of the house, you can always contact us.
Yes, for every reservation we charge an amount of €25 for administrative costs.

Every house has its standard facilities, including cutlery, crockery, pans and furniture. For all other facilities and amenities you can take a look at the page of the accommodation itself. Everything that is present in the house is listed here. You can use our comparison tool to compare several accommodations to see which one best suits your needs.
Yes, free WIFI is available in almost every accommodation. Check the amenities at the villa or apartment. Please note, the internet is probably slower than you are used to from home.
For each accommodation it is stated separately whether pets are allowed or not. You can always contact us so that we can check with the owner.
There are many additional options that you can request. For example a cot or chair, but also a transfer from the airport to your home and back. You can book these extras via the site or by contacting us. You can also request a shopping package so that there are already food and drinks in the house when you have landed after a long journey.
Each accommodation has a maximum number of people. The number of persons included is indicated on the page of the villa/apartment. It is often the case that you can book for extra guests. This for a payment that is almost always settled per person per day.
Getting travel insurance is always a good idea. Suppose you are prevented from leaving just before departure, you will receive your money back (within the conditions). We recommend that you take out travel insurance with worldwide coverage. Read the conditions carefully so that you are not surprised. Suppose you use the insurance to cancel we will send an email with all the necessary information.
The price is built up as follows, first the price for the desired number of nights is added together. In addition, the costs for extra guests per night are added. You pay seven percent tax on this amount. After the tax come the costs for final cleaning, deposit and reservation costs. The prices for the deposit and cleaning differ per accommodation, the reservation costs are always 25 euros.
Most houses require you to pay for water and electricity. For water this is usually per m3 and for electricity this is per kWh. Some owners have already included electricity and water in the base price or it has been partially settled and if you go over your limit you still pay extra. The meter readings are always recorded in your presence. Usually these costs are deducted from the deposit. Water and electricity is very expensive on Curaçao, which is why extra costs are charged for this. It is also good for the environment to watch how much you use.
If you have made a reservation, you will receive an automatic email with a confirmation of your reservation. This way you know that your reservation has gone through successfully.
You can pay by transferring the money to us via the bank.
Yes, as soon as we have received the money you will receive a confirmation of the payment via your email. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us so we can see what went wrong.
The reservation is final when you receive a confirmation from us and the first payment is received no later than ten days after booking.
For each villa it is described when the full amount must be transferred. If you book well in advance, you must first make a deposit 10 days after booking and transfer the entire amount before a certain period.
You can change your reservation if availability allows, please contact us for your desired change. Please note, an amount of €25 will be charged for a change.
Is a child younger than 15 traveling with you? Does this child have a different last name than the adult(s) it is traveling with? Then it is necessary that the child brings a statement. In this statement, the parent staying behind (with the same surname as the child) gives permission for the trip. Pay attention! Make sure it is an English statement. Also bring: a copy of the passport of the parent who gives permission. More information and an English statement can be found on the website of the national government.
You will receive a route description to the accommodation by email. It is also useful to download the MAPS.ME app on your phone. On this app you can download the map of Curaçao and navigate anywhere offline.
There is always someone from our company nearby. The managers of the accommodations usually also live near the accommodation itself. So if there is a problem, you can expect someone to be there quickly to help you.
Your direct contact person is the property manager. The manager will check you in and out and make sure he/she is always there for you. In addition, we are of course always ready to help you.
