  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.

  • Electricity up to 15KwH per bedroom per day, 30KwH per 3 bedrooms per day. (Normal use)
  • Additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit. $ 0.45 per KwH. Meter reading is recorded in your presence.
