With only 4 apartments, it is wonderfully cozy and intimate here and so quiet and safe that you can even sleep with the porch doors open.

In Little Amsterdam you really live outside in an oasis of green and the ever-present trade wind makes it wonderful to stay here. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going and with the holiday apartments you have complete privacy. The pool has a built-in Jacuzzi and there is a pool table; everything to laze on a lovely (mid) day.

Rental conditions:
  • For a stay with more than 2 people, the price will be € 65.00 per night
  • Minimum rental period 7 nights
  • Check-in 16:00 / Check-out 10: 00
  • Deposit € 100 (apartment)
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Included in the rental price:
  • 1x per week (7 nights) intermediate cleaning
  • 1x clean linen every week
  • Final cleaning
  • 7% tourist tax
  • For electricity, an amount of Naf 35.00 per week is included (each apartment has a prepaid system; with "normal" use of the air conditioning, this is more than sufficient).
Not included in the rental price:
  • Bath beach towels
  • Transfer airport v.v. (possible)
  • Car: there are a number of reliable passenger cars at your disposal. Price per car from € 17.50, deposit € 250.00. When using car, transfer is included.
