The villa is for max. 12 persons and consists of 2 floors with a beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi and sea view outside. 4 bedrooms and upstairs a spacious sitting area with TV. Here 2 x 2 children can sleep on the sofas that can be converted into sofa beds. This room is equipped with a ceiling fan.

Jan Thiel Beach is only a 3 minute walk away. Besides the beach there is also a car rental, a fitness center, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, beach sports, and of course the beautiful Caribbean sea with lovely sunbeds on the beach.

Rental conditions:
  • Price per night for the entire villa.
  • Max. 8 adults and 4 children (2x sofa bed)
  • Minimum rental period 7 nights
  • Christmas period at least 14 days
  • Check-in 16:00 / Check-out 12:00
  • Deposit € 500, -
  • BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean otherwise you will be charged € 125 for this. (Deducted from the deposit)
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final after receiving 25% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
