Rental conditions:
  • Price per night based on 2 persons
  • Minimum rental period 7 nights
  • Christmas period at least 14 days

  • Deposit € 250, -
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 6 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Included in the rental price:
  • 1x per week (7 nights) intermediate cleaning
  • Washing machine for the linen

  • Electricity (normal consumption) 15 KwH per night, 2 pers + 10 KwH per additional bedroom rented per night. Additional price € 0.32 per KwH
  • Water (normal consumption) 2 m3 per week, 2 persons + 1.5 m3 per additional bedroom per week. Additional price € 8.50 per m3
