  • BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean otherwise you will be charged € 125 for this. (Deducted from the deposit)
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 25% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Included in the rental price:
  • 1x per week (7 nights) intermediate cleaning
  • 1x clean linen every week
  • Normal use of water and electricity up to a maximum of 60 KwH per day. Extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit. € 0.36 per KwH. Meter readings are recorded with you.
Not included in the rental price:
  • Tourist tax 7% (mandatory)
  • Transfer airport v.v. (possible)
