The villa is divided into two levels. The main level is the villa you see in all the photos with the amazing view and the private pool and on the ground floor is an apartment that offers a home to the owner and host of this accommodation. Both levels have a separate entrance that provides the highest level with all the necessary privacy. The two houses are completely separated.

Rental conditions:

• Price per night based on 2 persons
  
• Extra person up to a maximum of € 4.00 per person / per night
  
• Minimum rental period 7 nights
  
• Christmas period at least 14 days
  
• Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM
  
• Deposit € 400, -
  
• BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean otherwise you will be charged € 125 for this. (Deducted from the deposit)
  
• Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.

• Tourist tax 7% (mandatory)
