Rental conditions:

  • Deposit € 500, -
  • BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean otherwise you will be charged € 125 for this. (Deducted from the deposit)
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 25% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Included in the rental price:
  • 1x per week (7 nights) intermediate cleaning
  • 1x clean linen every week
  • Final cleaning
  • Normal use of water and electricity up to a maximum of 60 KwH per day. Extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit. € 0.40 per KwH. Meter readings are recorded with you.
