  • Minimum rental period 7 nights

  • BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean otherwise you will be charged € 125 for this. (Deducted from the deposit)
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 4 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
