Villa Mundo consists of 2 floors; the villa and the apartment The villa has 5 double bedrooms all with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open kitchen with 2 large cooking islands and 3 comfortable sitting areas. The apartment can be reached both inside and outside via the garage. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, 1 bathroom, an open kitchen and a simple living room. From the living room you can walk onto the veranda and possibly into the tropical garden where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Caribbean sea.

Jan Thiel Beach is only a 3 minute walk away. Besides the beach there is also a car rental, a fitness center, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, beach sports, and of course the beautiful Caribbean sea with lovely sunbeds on the beach.

Rental conditions:
  • Minimum rental period 7 nights
  • Christmas period minimum rental period 14 days
  • Check-in 16:00 / Check-out 12:00
  • Deposit € 800, -
  • BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean otherwise you will be charged € 125 for this. (Deducted from the deposit)
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 25% of the booking amount, 10 days after booking. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Included in the rental price:
  • 1x per week (7 nights) intermediate cleaning
  • 1x clean linen every week
  • Normal use of water and electricity up to a maximum of 60 KwH per day. (Villa) or 85KwH per day (Villa and Apartment)
  • Extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit. € 0.40 per KwH. Meter readings are recorded with you.
Not included in the rental price:
  • Tourist tax 7% (mandatory)
