  • Extra person up to a total of 12,  €25,- per person per night
  • Minimum rental period 7 nights

  • BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean otherwise you will be charged € 150. (Deducted from the deposit)
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Included in the rental price:
  • 1x per week (7 nights) intermediate cleaning
  • 1x per week bath-bed linen (per person 2 towels, 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel)
  • Normal use of water and electricity up to a maximum of 60 KwH per day. Extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit. € 0.40 per KwH
Not included in the rental price:
  • Tourist tax 7% (mandatory)
  • Final cleaning € 250, -
