Rental conditions:

• Maximum 6 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old
  
• Minimum rental period 7 nights
  
• Deposit € 300.00
  
• Check-in 3:00 pm / Check-out 10:00 am
  
• Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.

Included in the rental price:

• Intermediate cleaning 2x per week

Not included in the rental price:

• Tourist tax 7% (mandatory)
  
• Electricity and Water, consumption will be settled at the rates applicable on the island. You never pay too much. Meter readings are recorded in your presence.
