This luxury holiday villa is located on a secured resort, Boca Gentil. This holiday resort is located directly on the sea, next to JanThiel Beach. In the area you will find many high-quality restaurants, shops and there are plenty of sports facilities. A modern fitness center was recently opened next to the park. On the park are holiday villas and holiday apartments. The detached holiday home is located directly on the first row by the sea and offers unobstructed views over the beautiful country and its wonderful nature. On top of the rocks by the sea is a small private beach with a lovely palapa “on the wind” with nice sun beds.

Rental conditions:
- Minimum rental period 7 nights
- Christmas period minimum rental period 14 days
- Maximum 8 persons and 1 baby
- Check-in 15:00 / Check-out 12:00
- Deposit € 750, -
- BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean otherwise you will be charged € 125 for this. (Deducted from the deposit)
- Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 25% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
Included in the rental price:
- 1x per week (7 nights) intermediate cleaning
- Clean linen once a week
- Towels
- Normal use of water and electricity up to a maximum of 40 KwH per day. Extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit. € 0.36 per KwH
Not included in the rental price:
- Tourist tax 7% (mandatory)
- Final cleaning € 150, -
- Transfer airport v.v. (possible)
