Rental conditions:
  • Price for 1-2 persons
  • Each additional person € 15.00 p.p.p.n.
  • Minimum rental period 7 nights
  • Christmas period minimum rental period 14 days (€ 450, - complete villa and apartment)
  • Maximum 8 persons (children up to 12 years and groups of youngsters are not allowed)
  • Check-in 16:00 / Check-out 12:00
  • Deposit € 500, -
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 25% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.
