  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 4 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.

  • 1x per week (7 nights) intermediate cleaning
  • Clean linen once a week
  • Towels
  • Water (normal consumption)
  • Electricity (normal consumption, maximum 35KwH per day. Extra consumption will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.35 per KwH)
