Rental conditions:
  • Minimum rental period 7 nights
  • Christmas period at least 14 days
  • Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM
  • Deposit € 500, -
  • BBQ is clean and must be delivered clean otherwise you will be charged € 125 for this. (Deducted from the deposit)
  • Payment condition: your booking becomes final upon receipt of 50% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival must be paid in full.

  • 1x per week (7 nights) intermediate cleaning

  • Tourist tax 7% (mandatory)
  • Final cleaning € 150-
  • Electricity, consumption will be deducted from the deposit. € 0.35 per KwH. Meter readings are recorded in your presence.
